“Amor adobe” is a photo project that explores the essence of love and life in an adobe house. The series of photos captures the spirit of a couple living in a traditional adobe home, surrounded by nature and community. The goal is to show how love and dedication can create a home that is more than just a refuge, but a place where they feel safe and happy. The adobe house is a symbol of tradition and simplicity, and it is in this environment that Mercedes and Nengoa have built their life together.
The final scene, where true love is seen between Mercedes and Nengoa, is a reminder that happiness does not require much, just love and mutual appreciation. I chose to photograph this project because I think that love and life in an adobe house are topics that deserve to be explored. Additionally, I would like to give visibility to this life, to share with others the beauty and simplicity of this way of living, and to inspire others to appreciate the importance of home and family in their own lives.
